Pilot Life — ATPL Theory Bundle Referral Terms & Conditions
These Referral Terms & Conditions (“Referral Terms”) apply to the Pilot Life ATPL Theory Bundle Referral Programme. They complement and do not replace our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which continue to apply.
1) Eligibility
- Open to current Pilot Life ATPL Bundle students with an active account.
- The referral discount applies exclusively to the ATPL Theory Bundle and cannot be used for single courses, upgrades, scholarships, or other promotions.
2) Referral Code & Discount
- When you join the programme, Pilot Life will issue one unique referral code to you.
- Your code gives your friends an extra 10% off the already discounted ATPL Theory Bundle (normally $4,270, currently $2,495).
- The code is valid for 30 days from the date of issue and may be redeemed up to three (3) times within that period.
- Codes may be shared privately (e.g., text, email, messaging). They may not be sold, traded, or posted to public coupon/deal sites. Pilot Life may deactivate codes suspected of misuse.
- Expired codes cannot be extended or re-issued, and unused redemptions are forfeited at expiry.
3) Rewards
- Each time a friend purchases the ATPL Theory Bundle using your referral code at checkout, you earn +1 month of course access in one course of your choice.
- You can earn up to +3 months total (three qualifying purchases).
- Extensions apply to individual courses only; the overall bundle access window remains capped at 24 months.
- Extensions are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be used within your 24-month bundle period.
4) Fair Use
- The programme is intended for genuine referrals to new students who are not already enrolled in the ATPL Theory Bundle.
- Self-referrals (using your own code on your own purchase) and any form of fraud, abuse, or circumvention are not allowed and may result in removal from the programme and cancellation of rewards.
5) Privacy
- Pilot Life processes your details to administer the referral programme in line with our Privacy Policy. Under this model, you do not need to submit a friend’s personal details to us. If a referred friend contacts us, their information will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
6) Changes & Interpretation
- Pilot Life may modify, suspend, or end the referral programme at any time, with or without notice.
- Participation constitutes acceptance of these Referral Terms. Pilot Life’s determination on eligibility, compliance, and reward allocation is final.
